Enjoy this Diastasis Safe Slider Workout #1. This is the first in the series of the slider workouts I will be adding to FiTabulous Mom’s Club.
You will need sliders, socks, or a paper plate to do the sliding exercises. You may also need a workout mat. Make sure to watch the instructions. Correct form is so important when you have diastasis.
