Did you know that 2 out of 3 moms who have had 2 or more kids have diastasis recti. We are not being educated enough about this and are creating more harm than good when we start a workout program after having a baby. Some women can start right back up with their usual workout routines but the ones who have diastasis are making their abs worse. Diastasis is really an alignment issue but can be brought on by pregnancy, poor posture, diet, etc.
