Below is a video showing you a few of the best exercises for diastasis recti.
There is not just one exercise that will heal diastasis…it is a whole body issue. But, there are ways to exercise that will promote healing and ways to exercise safely.
- You first want to know how to stand in correct alignment and breath with your diastasis
- Then you want to be able to engage your TVA muslces. Watch the video to see how I do this.
- Once you can do that, then start doing TVA pulses…try 3 rounds of 1 minute each
- Lastly, you want to learn how to do these pulses with every exercise you do.
